1. Services
B&A Property Maintenance provides commercial property care, including landscaping, irrigation, pest control, snow removal, and exterior cleaning services.
2. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction Policy
B&A Property Maintenance values every customer experience. The term "review" as used throughout this website and in any B&A communications refers broadly to customer satisfaction feedback — it does not refer exclusively to any third-party platform review (such as Google, Yelp, or otherwise).
B&A Property Maintenance expressly reserves the right to collect customer satisfaction feedback in any form — including but not limited to star ratings (1 through 5), written responses, forms, or verbal communications — and to route, manage, and respond to that feedback in any manner it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Specifically, when a customer submits a satisfaction rating, B&A reserves the right to:
- Direct customers providing lower satisfaction ratings (including 1, 2, or 3 stars) to a private internal feedback channel rather than any public-facing platform, in order to facilitate direct resolution of any service concerns.
- Direct customers providing higher satisfaction ratings (including 4 or 5 stars) to a third-party platform of B&A's choosing, such as Google, to provide a public testimonial if they choose to do so voluntarily.
- Use all feedback — regardless of rating — internally for quality assurance, staff training, and continuous service improvement.
Any private feedback submitted through B&A's internal feedback forms is treated as confidential operational communication and is not published or shared with third parties. B&A will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to contact and resolve concerns raised in private feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
Submission of any feedback — public or private — does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to either party under applicable law.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
By opting in to receive SMS communications from B&A Property Maintenance, you agree to receive recurring automated service alerts, quote updates, appointment reminders, and related business communications via text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
4. Privacy
All personal information collected through this website is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Changes to Terms
B&A Property Maintenance reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
